Frequently Asked Questions!

No, the STL files sold on our site are for personal use only. Email Christian@runeforge.com for information on a seller’s license. 

At the moment, no. However, this is something we are looking to upgrade as soon as possible. 

To date, we have only used Formlabs’ “Form 2” printers in our studio. However, our previous customers have achieved similar results using other printers.

For physical product orders, we usually ship out the following day (excluding holidays, business/bank holidays, or weekends) We always ship using USPS Priority mail which usually takes between 2-3 business days. 

With care and love, of course! All minis are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a hard plastic (PLA) 3D Printed Case by default. Collector’s boxes are available as an addon which are lined in foam. The case or collector’s box is then wrapped in foam or bubble wrap and placed into a mailing box.  Other products are packaged with similar “overkill” protection in mind.

If you are unhappy with a digital file, (having unsuccessful prints) we will be happy to work with you via discord or email to help get your printer dialed in and printing successfully. 

If you feel the headache is too great, or we can’t get it figured out, we will of course refund you the full amount or provide you with a physical copy at a discounted price. **


As for physical products, If you are unhappy with the quality of the products your receive, (something came in broken, poor quality, etc) we will work with you to replace the poor quality items.

If you feel that you are completely unsatisfied with the product and would prefer a full refund, we require that you ship the items back to us (at your cost).  Once we receive the items, we will refund you the full amount of your order plus initial shipping. **


**Refunds are unavailable after 30 days of the purchase for digital products and 30 days after marked as “delivered” by USPS tracking for physical products.
