Good Overall, but Swords Wind Up With Thin Spots

Honest Opinion:
Good detail, but swords become more delicate when printed with filament.

Disclaimer: this model was originally intended to be printed in resin, and I printed it using filament instead. The following may not exist when printed in resin.

The intentional damage indents in the sword look really neat from a model perspective, but don’t translate as well as you would hope to printing with filament. Due to constraints with how the extruder head can move, etc, they only served to create really thin, borderline infeasible spots in the swords.

This print also wound up with a lot of stringing for some reason, but that’s easy enough to cleam up, albeit a bit time consuming.

Ender 3 Pro w/ modifications

Resin / Filament Used:
Inland PLA White (1.75mm)

Line Width: 0.4 mm
Infill Density: 30%
Infill Pattern: Gyroid
Printing Temperature: 200 C
Build Plate Temperature: 60 C
